What is it for ? With a well-fitting lid that lets out very little moisture, the pan is designed for long and gentle cooking. It will be used to cook certain braised meats, roasts, poultry, dishes in sauce, but also small potatoes ... The pores of the cast iron facilitate the development of aromas and allow the elaboration of dishes’ taste.
