What is it for? Silicone moulds can bake cakes or confectionery while giving them very original shapes. Some are already moulded, while others come as a malleable circle that can be adjusted to give the desired shape and size. These moulds also have the advantage of being flexible and thus make turning out easy. They can be put in the freezer and baked without health risk. The 100% platinum cure silicone remains stable from -60° C to 230° C. Since it is not a derivative of plastic, it does not contain bisphenol-A. It does not break, is dishwasher safe, resists aging, is odourless and does not allow harmful particles to enter the food.
